Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Picode Limited ("Picode", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10450465, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE), for your use of the Jeenra app and the jeenra.com website (together "Jeenra"). By creating an account or using Jeenra you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Jeenra.

1. What Jeenra is

Jeenra picks a small set of songs for you every day, based on the music you already love. Picks are suggestions generated automatically; we cannot promise you will like every one. Jeenra does not stream or sell music: songs play through 30-second previews and links to the streaming service you connect.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires) to use Jeenra. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for what happens under your account. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account); this removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Connected streaming services

Connecting Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music is optional. When you do, you authorise Jeenra to read your listening data under that service's terms, and you can disconnect at any time in the app or in that service's settings. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or their content.

4. Jeenra Pro

Jeenra is free to use. Jeenra Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks additional features shown in the app. The price is displayed in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency, and may include a free trial for new subscribers.

5. Your content

Ratings, comments and saved items you add to Jeenra stay yours. You give us permission to store and use them to run and improve Jeenra, including to generate explanations of your picks. Comments are private to your account; do not include personal data about other people, or anything unlawful, in them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Jeenra: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated access or scraping, no circumventing of payment, and no use that breaks the law or the terms of a connected streaming service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Our content and rights

Jeenra, its software, design, name and logo belong to Picode or our licensors. Song titles, artist names, artwork and preview clips belong to their rights holders and are shown under licence from our catalogue providers. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Jeenra on your own devices; everything else is reserved.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Jeenra running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers or by events outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering Jeenra altogether with reasonable notice. If we stop Jeenra Pro, you will not be charged for periods you cannot use.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, Jeenra is provided "as is": we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you accepted these terms, for business losses, or for any loss caused by a connected streaming service. Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Jeenra Pro in that period.

10. Apple

If you downloaded Jeenra from the App Store: these terms are between you and Picode, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to maintain or support Jeenra; Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to Jeenra, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Jeenra after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in another country you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws and may bring a claim in its courts.
